About The Chandler I AM Project
Offering hope, quality treatment, and resources, for those affected by opioid addiction.
We believe that every person should be afforded the opportunity to receive treatment regardless of their financial means.
Our Story
The Chandler IAM Project is a collaborative effort initiated by the Chandler Police Department in response to the growing tide of overdoses in our community. Through partnership with those in the recovery field, families of loss, Chandler Fire Department, Chandler Substance Use Task Force, Chandler Coalition on Youth Substance Abuse, and other community leaders we created the Chandler IAM Project which offers hope, access to quality treatment, resources, and support for those affected by opioid addiction.
We believe that every person should be afforded the opportunity to receive treatment regardless of their financial means.
Since 2015 the Chandler Presbyterian Church, has housed the “Chandler I AM Project”, offering a neutral ground for those suffering from addiction. This safe haven was donated for free to support the project.
